- Panel A (bodice style): Scoop Neck, Key Hole, or Crisscross
- Panel B (sleeve style): Sleeveless or Cap Sleeveless
- Panel C (bodice color): One of 15 Sparkle Sequin colors
- Panel D (trim color): One of 15 Metallic Lycra colors
- Panel E (skirt color): One of 6 Stretch Knit colors
- Panel F (pant style): Boy Cut Shorts or Capri Shorts (sewn into outfit)
