How do a return an item?
If your item qualifies for a return, please contact us via email or our contact form, and provide your order number, item, and quantity you wish to return. We will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization number and return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns. Returned items must be in brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund.
We are exempt from sales tax. How do we place tax exempt orders.
Prior to placing your order, send a copy of the sales tax exemption to us. Once we have the form on file, we can set your online account to tax exempt status. This only applies to orders shipping to TN, OH, GA, NC, KY, MI, IL, and MI.
I am getting "shipping not available" to my state order upon checkout. What do I do?
We aplogize for that. We are still experiancing some glitches in our complex shipping scenarios with this recent migration to our new store. Contact us by email or phone and we can take your order over the phone, or possibly fix the glitch that product you are trying to order.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries outside the US?
Yes we do. Online ordering is not yet available outside the US, but we are working on it. You can contact us with your desired order, and we can create an online checkout page for you to order and pay.
