School Purchase Orders (POs) & Quote Requests

Smith Walbridge Band Products supports institutional purchasing for schools, marching band programs, colleges, universities, and booster organizations. We can provide formal quotes for approval and accept school purchase orders (POs) for online ordering.

Whether you are ordering marching band shoes, uniforms, gloves, color guard equipment, field props, or accessories, we help simplify the purchasing process for music programs and organizations.

Requesting a Quote

Many schools require a formal quote before issuing a purchase order. To request a quote, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. Our team will review your request and provide a formal quote for approval.

Placing a Purchase Order (PO)

Schools and government organizations may place orders directly through our website using a purchase order (PO) as payment. During checkout, select “Pay Another Way” to access the Purchase Order payment option.

If your organization is tax exempt in TN, IL, MI, GA, NC, KY, or OH, please email a copy of your tax exemption certificate so we can update your account to tax-exempt status prior to processing your order.

Please note that school purchase orders cannot be shipped to residential addresses without official authorization from the school business office or purchasing department.

Our team will follow up with the order contact to verify the order and obtain the purchase order number. Payment terms are Net 30 from the date the order is received. Special terms available upon request.
