Guard Uniform Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before placing your order for custom color guard uniforms. By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Confirmation & Production Schedule
   1.1 Production Estimates
   All production lead times are estimates provided by our manufacturing partners. These estimates are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
   1.2 Commencement of Production
   Production time begins only after you have reviewed and confirmed all order details—including artwork proofs, fabric choices, and submitted measurements—in writing.

2. Custom Orders: Final Sale Policy
   2.1 No Changes or Cancellations
   Once your order has been submitted to production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or transferred.
   2.2 All Sales Final
   All custom orders are final sale. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Delays & Liability
   3.1 Unforeseen Delays
   We are not responsible for production delays caused by our suppliers, freight carriers, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   3.2 No Compensation or Refunds
   In the event of delayed delivery, you will not be eligible for compensation, discounts, or refunds.

4. Sizing, Measurements & Alterations
   4.1 Pattern‑Based Size Charts
   Our size charts are based on industry‑standard patterns. Individual body shapes vary, and size‑chart measurements are not a guarantee of perfect fit.
   4.2 Measurement Accuracy
   You are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements. We will produce uniforms according to the measurements you submit.
   4.3 Alteration Costs
   Any alterations required upon receipt of your uniforms—due to fit, preference, or measurement discrepancies—are at your expense. We do not provide alteration services or reimburse alteration costs.

5. Dye Lots & Color Matching
   5.1 Supplier Dye Lot Variations
   Dye lots can vary between production runs and suppliers. If you need to match existing uniforms, we recommend sending a reference sample. While we cannot guarantee an exact match, we will source the closest available dye lot to your existing uniform.

6. Acceptance of Terms
   By placing a custom uniform order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
