1. Do not exceed capacity or forcibly close the zippers.
2. When ordering for groups, it is advised that you make sure your items fit in the first bag you open before handing out remaining bags to members. Once the bags have been used, there are no returns or exchanges.
Note: When using this bag the straps MUST be adjusted so that the bag does not drag on the ground. Damage occurring from the bag dragging on the ground is not covered by warranty.
