Q: What are production times?
A: Production times vary depending on the product and the time of year the order is placed. When we provide a quote, we will include the current production timeline or confirm if the item is in stock and ready to ship.

Q: How do I figure out shipping charges on field prop frames and stages?
A: Review our Freight Delivery Guide. Then call or fill our our online quote request form and we can provide a total cost and estimated delivery time.

Q: How do I obtain a design proof?
A: The first step is to request a quote for the digital media needed for your show. Once the quote is approved and the order is placed, our design team will contact you to begin the proofing process. We can assist with sourcing or creating images, or work directly with your existing graphics.
