We strongly recommend that all wood rifles be taped before use. This is to prolong the life of the rifle by reinforcing the stress points in the butt, neck, and nose. Strapping tape should be used as the base layer. We recommend our 1" vinyl tape for the top layer. Recommended for all rifles to reinforce common stress points. Helps prolong rifle life.
