Made in the USA with steel construction. The hanger bar is slotted to keep the uniforms from bouncing off during transport.  The structure of the cart is larger than standard hangers to keep the uniforms inside the cart.  The top and bottom hat box decks have railings to keep everything from sliding off.  The casters are mounted completely under the cart – this allows you to secure the loaded cart to the sides of your truck or trailer. Product Description Corps Design Mixer Carts are designed for maximum protection and efficiency.  The Double Mixer is twice the size of the Mini Mixer and includes our exclusive 24U shock mount rack system with both front and rear rack rails.  Our rack system floats on rubber bushings to dissipate the shock of normal transportation.  The front and rear access panels allow plenty of room for component installation.  The lid can be completely removed or kept on the cart in a half-open position if it looks like the skies may open up.  The main deck has an open backsplash to prevent your cables from crimping and an 1½” square accessory rail for fins or a laptop table.   Our mixer carts are hard wired for AC power and come standard with 2 “D” style ports for pass-throughs.  For our mini mixer cart, we strongly recommend our vertical side-mounted I/O plate (FC8PORT) to maximize the space within the cart.   The I/O plate wired with 4 – NL4 connectors (L & R Main, L & R Sub) and 4 covered “D” style aux ports for whatever other pass-throughs you may need to add for your equipment. The Corps Design Enclosed Synth Cart has the most usable space in its class.  It features a 24″ x 60″ carpeted top deck with an open backsplash and 1½ square accessory rail.  Half of the cart is open for amps, the other half has fully welded shelves.  Additionally, you have front and rear access to your electronics.  The lid can be removed entirely to save some weight, but also can be attached at the half-way point if it looks like the skies may open up.  The cart is hard wired for AC power and has 6 covered “D” style port for you to add your own pass-throughs.  You’ll need to add your own connectors, but that guarantees that you will have the right connectors for your equipment.  This cart comes standard with 8″ foam-filled no-flat casters that provide excellent impact protection.
